30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery date. To start a return, contact service@averziy.com and include the order number, reason for return and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return Condition and Approval
Returned storage baskets should be in their original condition, with components and packaging when reasonably possible, unless the item was delivered faulty or applicable law provides otherwise. We will confirm eligibility and issue return instructions, including the correct return location. Do not ship items before receiving instructions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with supporting photos and order information. We will assess the issue and offer appropriate remedies consistent with applicable law.
Return Shipping Charges
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, disclosed during the return authorization process. For confirmed seller errors or defective items, we will advise the appropriate remedy and any covered shipping charges.
Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 7 business days after approval, generally to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
